1.11.04 sees lots of bug fixes and a few new features.

As promised, new Rush technology is used for extremely accurate results.  Rush tournament detection also saw an overhaul.

One big thing that wasn’t previously announced is a new PostgreSQL optimize tool.  This allows you to automatically vacuum your database.  Morny from tech support says, “It’s like getting your cars oil changed.”  We took it a step further too and added PostgreSQL tuning functionality.  This scans your PC and adjusts your PostgeSQL configuration file based on your PC hardware.

Lots of bug fixes in this release too.  If you want to see a complete change list, head over to the Holdem Manager Blog.

I like to add behind the scenes information about Holdem Manager development to these blog posts so they are not stale cross posts from the hm.com news section.  I'm digging deep spilling the beans on this one.  Pretty sure the boss might have issue with what I'm about to announce, but F-it.  You heard it here first.

We have a new tool that imports your Poker Tracker database into Holdem Manager.  Tool is pretty sweet IMO.  It also imports the hands much faster than if you were to export them and import them manually.  I'm going to do some more testing on it and I'll probably release it in the forums here pretty soon so you can check it out.

Here's hoping I still have a job after the boss reads this.  🙂
