The build we're current testing has 2 huge performance improvements.

Hand importing speed is greatly increased for those mass imports.  If you just play cash the speed is wicked fast.  Tournaments require more processing power for ICM but those speeds are also increased dramatically.  I got a pic showing this off, but I'll just let the next HM2 poker software build do the talking.

The other major improvement has to do with the hand replayer loading stats.  Before we saw a delay of 5-10 seconds.  Now as soon as the hand loads the stats are updated almost instantly.

The last HM2 public build was a major release and the good news is very few new problems are being reported.  This is great news on a couple fronts:

  1. More dev time can be spent polishing rather than fixing.
  2. It means we're getting closer to a final release!

Some of the bigger issues we're still working on are:

  • Massive DB performance.  1+ million hero hands
  • Tourney tagging

We'll let the flood gates loose on beta license as soon as this build with the latest performance improvements is released.
