Author certainly has some good stats on his reg opponent allowing him to make the right decisions against that specific player which is great.
However, the video doesn't really tell you anything about how to deal with a "random" agro you don't have a history with where you need to get on top of the player within a few orbits in terms of protecting your blinds or countering 3bets and 4bets without a history which is a very different story cause those situations are a lot tougher to handle than against a reg.
On a side note. It would be great if the replayer had an option to hide player names for videos like the one above. I don't think it is appropriate to showcase the player names in coaching videos. Pretty sure the player in this video wouldn't appreciate his "strategy" being put on display like this. 😉
